Wherever you are in your faith walk and whether it seems you are going through a storm that seems never ending or a valley that keeps getting darker, help is available. Fear, disappointment and sadness don't have to keep ruling your life. You no longer have to keep carrying this weight alone.   

You know some things are not working out in your life but you don't know who to talk to

You are aware of the promises, but your reality seems so far removed. Maybe you are tired, burdened and in pain but:

  • Too afraid of saying something just to be judged, criticized or have your concerns be dismissed.

  • You might think that your struggle is proof of you not having enough faith.​​

  • You might feel some pressure to have it all figured out, or to seem to have it all together as a person of faith.

  • Shame and guilt might be a daily thing or confusion, and fear might be your companions.

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who works with people of faith who want to incorporate what they value most into their Mental Health healing journey.


I serve those who are looking to embrace the power of their faith in their journey of emotional, psychological and spiritual wellness. Those not just looking for change, but for transformation. I believe that there is no need for you to go through suffering and hardship alone, especially when your Father has made provision for you in your time of need.


Whether you are a People-pleasing Christian who does not want to keep compromising your faith in different areas of your life, feel overwhelmed, afraid or sad and are ready to invite and let God into an area you have been afraid or ashamed to let Him in.

AN ARMORY

Just like an armory, Therapy can be a place where you can come and learn new skills and techniques to fight life's battles. In it, you will be able to gain access to some tools and weapons that can be of support during your journey. 

A PLACE OF REST

Therapy can be a place where to come to gather your bearings. You might be going through life in overdrive mode, almost like running and naturally feeling out of breath as a result. Here you can rest. You can come and get to just be, with no expectations or pressures for you to perform.

A PLACE TO CONNECT

Therapy is a space in which you can allow yourself to be truly honest, open and vulnerable, even when it might be uncomfortable. Knowing that you won't be judged, criticized or rejected. Here you can show your heart knowing that it will be honored, respected and valued.

THE PROCESS

Here's How it works

15-MIN CONSULTATION

Schedule a free, no-obligation consultation where we will discuss what's going on. I'll answer your questions and we'll get a feel of what it would be like to work together.  If we are a good fit, great! We’ll schedule your first appointment.

If not, no problem. I’ll refer to you to another talented therapist in my network who can help.

FIRST SESSION

During our first session we will start to paint a picture of who you are, your background and some of your relevant experiences. We will explore what has been bothering you in depth, how it is impacting your life and start discussing what your goals for treatment are. We'll discuss policies, expectations for treatment and start laying the groundwork

ONGOING SESSIONS

We'll meet usually on a weekly basis to continue building on what we work on the prior week. This continuity and consistency will support the incorporation and practice of new habits and experiences. We'll keep track of your growth and progress; while helping you maintain it.

The mere fact that you are here, searching, looking to see what possible and what help is out there is an act of faith. One that comes from that part of you that knows or at least hopes that healing, progress and growth can be possible.
